Property poorly managed, hard to check in, advised 4/7 days 9am-5pm no water/sewer! changed units but hard to find new unit, internet not working, delayed service noted not reset, no tv instructions, electrical power went off one evening, water leaking from upstairs deck flooding patio, limited supplies, no services on-site i.e. store, bar, restaurant, old metal screens to exterior, shower enclosure & closet doors hard to open/close, front door exposed to wind blowing in leaves/debris
