The room was clean. The front desk was most helpful. We arrived early in the day and they allowed us to check in as our room was ready and stay for a bit after checkout. The room had most things we needed however the bathroom could you storage as we had to keep our toiletries on the floor.

The location, the amenities and the condition of the hotel is not worth the price. It was waaay overpriced of what we got. Bathroom has a moldy smell, the stairs going up to the “lobby” was dirty - it’s just not worth the price.

Room was clean, hotel is well kept. Teo was a fantastic help with collecting and bringing up and down our luggage from the main floor. There are only stairs and no elevator which is reason for 4 star and not 5. The breakfast was small but enough.

The hotel was located near the fishing village at Fiunicimo Airport - excellent location near the waterfront. The room was compact/small but well maintained and quite comfortable. The staff was EXCELLENT and more than friendly - they went out of their way to help (especially with the 220V/110V problem. Breakfast on the first day was good on the second day (Sunday) was not up to par - I guess we were the only guests there and the staff was off to church. They have a good 'shuttle' service which is actually a large taxi which they book and takes you to the airport for 25 euros. I strongly recommend this place for a 1-3- days stay. No storage place for your clothes and you are living out of your suitcase. We loved the people and the place for the two days that we were there. Dr. Anthony and Patricia de Sam Lazaro

The hotel was ok-not great, not breathtaking-just ok. The rooms were VERY small. There was no room cleaning and no replenishing service for our two night stay. There is no elevator so we had to lug two 50 pound suitcases up the stairs outside and then up a flight of stairs inside. The description on Expedia mentioned a shuttle but there isn’t one and we had a very hard time finding a service from the airport that would bring us here as they all wait in a line to take people to Rome city centre. Very frustrating. While this is not the worst place we have ever stayed and we appreciated the airport proximity for an early morning flight I would not stay here again.

We stayed one night before our flight out of FCO. The property was clean and we had plenty of space. They even set up the pull out couches for the children. The employees were helpful getting our bags up and down which was great. The town was very cute and walkable however a lot was closed. This would be a great stay for summer months! The beach town is amazing.

Highly recommend for your stay! We chose this spot based on other reviews for our two-day stay in Rome. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and recommended a great and affordable shuttle service (Radio Taxi Transport) to collect us from the airport. The hotel went above and beyond to accommodate us, including a very early morning check-in due to flight delays. The accommodations are simple, clean, and comfortable — not a resort-style stay with extravagant amenities, but exactly what we needed: a peaceful, safe, modern and reliable place to rest. Our bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the balcony. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to land in the Fiumicino area. We enjoyed the continental breakfast (and even had fresh coffees made for us!) I can’t emphasize the friendliness of the staff enough. They bent over backwards to make our stay a pleasant one.

The hotel is tucked away down a quiet street. Staff are super friendly and helpful and great communication from the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful and the coffee good. The room is well appointed but much smaller than it appears in the photos (you can’t even turn around in the shower, it’s so small). And, while they’ve tried, the hallway noise is not abated by the wall or doors. It was also a little more dated or worn than the photos show. It wasn’t worth the price we paid but is still a standard rate for Fuimicino.
