Room and staff exelent, but very bad odors from street sewers. No refrigerator in the room.

Property itself was nice and hotel staff was friendly. Restaurant staff was not so nice and food always took a long time and arrived cold. Although there are many businesses open during the day at night it’s a different story. Many homeless people in the area, would not recommend for families. Police and ambulance sirens are heard all night.

Asqueroso

La zona es muy fea, salimos a buscar cena y estaba invadida de adicitos, prostitutas y gente vendiendo cosas de dudosa procedencia,. El hotel aparentemente se ve "bien" sin embargo está demasiado sucio, había tecatas de mugre pegadas en el piso, cabellos en el baño y en la cama. La plancha no servía y el control del aire correspondia al de otra habitación, olía demasiado a aromatizante lo que después me llevo a la conclusión de que era algún insecticida, están infestados de cucarachas No se incluye desayuno para los menores, deben de especificar al reservar ya que consideran que su estancia en gratis por ende no comen. El personal masculino se ve desalineado, trajes sucios

So disappointed breakfast

I originally opted for a dining plan that included continental breakfast. However, I was quite disappointed to find that the so-called “breakfast” provided by the restaurant consisted of nothing more than a single cup of coffee, a few small pieces of fruit, and two slices of bread—with no opportunity for refills or additional servings. Due to this extremely limited offering, I made the decision to upgrade my dining choice to an American breakfast, expecting a more complete and satisfying meal. Yet upon ordering, I was informed that I could have either ham or sausage, but not both, and only depending on the amount I paid—which was neither clarified beforehand nor aligned with the typical expectations for an American breakfast. This lack of transparency and inflexibility in breakfast service has led to considerable inconvenience and unmet expectations.

Pueden mejorar

La estancia en general fue buena. Está en una excelente ubicación, se puede ir caminando al centro ya que queda muy cerca. De lo malo es que a las 8 de la mañana van a tocar la puerta y de hecho la abren para "hacer limpieza" eso no me parecio bien, ya que aun estabamos durmiendo. Al no contar con estacionamiento en las instalaciones hay servicios de valet parking y se tardan mucho en traer el veiculo. Y el baño olía a drenaje.
