Terrible service in a restaurant "feast"
At check-in time, the receptionist didn't smile and seemed unwelcoming.
I finished check-in and went to a buffet restaurant "feast".
I told the room number to a restaurant staff, but she replied that I should pay by credit card or money at the time there.
I asked why and she answered the deposit is not enough.
I wasn't convinced but I told her that I pay by my credit card.
She received the card and let me wait for a long time.
After long time she and the manager said to me ,"We couldn't accept a credit card here. Please come to the front desk of the hotel."
Even though my family( includes a baby ) was tired of the long trip and hungry at the time!
After the dinner we went to the front desk and payed by my credit card.
There was no apology for the inconvenience from the restaurant staff and the receptionist.
The facilities of the hotel were good, but the service level is terrible as a 5-star hotel.
