Location is nice. This hotel stands at the corner of the Taksim Square. But there are no night clubs around it, so I could sleep well at night without being disturbed by the sound of beat.
The room has a great view of Bosphorus, unless I never saw the bus terminal just below.
The room itself can get a pass mark. It's small, but quite new. Equipment is efficient.
Doormen work well and warmly.
However, I need to say this hotel is too expensive for its quality of service.
Above all, I didn't understand the reason why cleaners had to come and ENTER the room at 8:00 in the MORNING, when the guest was in the room and they were not called.
I have stayed a lot of hotels in Turkey and abroad, but it was the first time to experience such a thing.
Secondly, the desk personals had better not try to justify their mistakes anyhow before expressing their regret. Such an attitude is not suitable for the hotel with this price.
