Quality More than we pay for a hotel, but as it was the end of the holiday, we thought we would. It was worth every penny. From the guy running the parking, reception and all the staff we Matt were both polite and helpful. Clearly, extremely well trained. We were upgraded to a terrace room overlooking the lake, which was absolutely fantastic as was the quality of all aspects of the accommodation. Definitely recommend anyone staying here. We will be back.

A very pleasant Christmas getaway !

We had an enjoyable stay with the exception of not being informed that breakfast would end promptly at 10.30 due to the Christmas day brunch ! This would have been fully excepable if we had been informed at the check in ! Unfortunately this was not the case,and their is nothing which i detest more than having to rush my food !!! Otherwise i would have given the maximum rating in my review !

Loved every minute

Absolutely loved this hotel. Beautiful property perfectly located at the edge of Vevey overlooking Lac Leman. The food (both restaurant and room service) were great. Breakfast with many choices - in room or in the dining room. The room was excellent. Perfect view over the Lake. Air conditioning that worked well. Spacious and well appointed. The service was amazing. Yulia (might have spelled incorrectly) was so helpful upon my check in. I had a guide cancel last minute and she immediately helped ensure that I would be able visit and taste the lovely Lavaux wines. Also helped with restaurant reservations and provided other guidance as to things in the area. The doorman was very kind and always greeted me by name. Beautiful property. Well maintained (though there was some mold in the bathroom shower area). Pool and bars were great. Lobby areas were nicely cared for. I’m already thinking about when I will go back.

The safe in the room was broken (did not turn on). Their maintenance crew spent about an hour in the room trying to fix it. They then told us they would need to come back the next day with the proper parts. In the meantime, they lent us a temporary safe, which wasn't NOT anchored. The next day came and went, and the safe was still broken. We gave up trying to follow up, as we had places to go and things to do. The hotel never provided any updates, nor at all apologetic. Another issue was re: their "fleet of Mercedes" which were prominently featured in their website. We were never offered that service for pick up or otherwise. Instead we had to take a taxi to/from the hotel. Upon inquiring with their reception clerk about the availability of the service, he first said "it depends", then quickly changed his story mid sentence to say the website is wrong, and Hotel no longer provide this service. This we know was not correct as we did indeed see the Mercedes parked in their lot. Not getting to use their Mercedes service is NOT a big deal to us, but why the apparent lie/change of story ?

Fabulous hotel on the lake. Excellent location. Easy transport links to Montreux. Only grumble was a poorly fitted shower head which made showering a bit of a challenge. A small point in what was otherwise the perfect stay.

This is my 2nd visit to Vevey and I must say this hotel is by far the best place I have stayed so far. They are a little more expensive however it's worth every penny. The hotel is absolutely AMAZING! the rooms are beyond clean and truly beyond 5 star. Towels are fluffy clean and NEW every day, no worn towels fluffy and new. Turn down service is literally a sweet treat. If you want to be treated like you are home this is where you want to stay. Elegant and top tier all the way. I was for certain i would have run into royalty here. I will be back and there isn't any other place that I will be staying anymore.
