Fair value for overnight stay for bus travelers
It's a good hotel next to bus station for overnight stay for travelers. It's old and not updated, but clean and safe. Outside the area is shady and may be unsafe at night, but the hotel is secure. The restaurant on site provides good food. Overall, a fair value for a cheap overnight stay.

The hotel and the room were clean and all in order working, nice people and service in the the reception area, can walk to the long distance bus terminal, however the A/C was too noisy luckily weather was not hot so I was able to turn it off and sleep

I loved the updates they made. The dirty carpet is gone, loved the tiles. Beds are better. The staff are always polite. From the parking attendants to the cleaning crew. The front desk receptionist 😒 well lets say i was not happy with her, she kept changing the prices. I was charged and then once in the room, she calls me to tell me i nees to pay more. Well, i guess as long as they keep making better improvements.

La primera impresión nunca se olvida ⭐️⭐️
La verdad fue la primera vez que visité el hotel y cumple con las expectativas para pasar una noche regularmente cómoda. 1.se tardaron al recibir la reservación. No hubo problema cuando la realicé fue lo bueno. 2. El aparato de aire está obsoleto hace demasiado ruido y no enfría (habitación 117) 3. El agua de regadera se regula con dificultad pero en general dicha y baño bien. 4. Sufrí de picaduras en brazo y abdomen de no sé qué bichos me despertó la comezón pienso que son chinches u otro bicho. Eso fue lo peor de toda la estancia. No fue alergia ta que solo se manifestó en esas áreas y con gran cantidad de ronchas . Poco a poco se calmó la comezón y se desinflamaron en el transcurso de la mañana intenté hablar con el gerente pero hoy domingo 16 de 03 2025 no asiste eso me dijo recepción. 5 descubrí que la sábana del colchón estaba con mancha amarilla yo creo que no cambian o no don bien lavadas EL PERSONAL ALGO DE LO BUENO DE ESE HOTEL SERVICIAL Y STENTO Si es que los vuelvo a visitar espero mejorar la experiencia la primera no fue nada grata y eso que solo fue una noche. Tiene buena ubicación y costo accesible.

Es un hotel sencillo económico no esperes más de lo que pagas si volvería a quedarme sería bueno que el desayuno que es fruta avena café y pan sería bueno que un día fuera una fruta y unos panes y otro día otro etc
