Ej städade rum och utebliven kompensation
Arbetar som inspektör av hotell och hade stora förväntningar på detta ganska nya hotell i Helsingborg. Lite dyrare än sina grannhotell men servicen vägde inte upp, tyvärr sämre än förväntat till högre peng. Smutsigt spa, smutsiga mattor i korridorer, allmänna ytor ej städade. Frukost helt ok med bra utbud. Checkade in i två rum som ej var städade blev lovad kompensation, ej fått den än trots påminnelse. Bad om att få bli uppringd av hotellchef - ignorerad. Inte mycket som fungerade här!

Överlag bra vistelse men hade önskat ett annat bemötande ifrån personalen i receptionen. Hen hade inget leende och verkade inte ha en bra dag när jag dessutom fråga efter parkering upplevdes hen irriterad att jag inte förstod direkt. Rummet va väldigt fint, helt okej sängar och frukosten va bra.
