We had two rooms room 120 and room 135. In room 135 we were unable to watch TV because there is a parental PIN required. I reached out to the front desk, six different times between 6 PM and 11 PM, front desk person stated he didn’t know the code and had been emailing his supervisors but he never received a response. It kind of ruined our evening because we wanted to have a movie night and we couldn’t so basically the kids had to go to bed early and we couldn’t hang out to watch TV.
At about 12:30am, I went to the lobby to ask if they ever received a response about the PIN and get some drinks but there was no one at the front desk, I took three drinks. Upon checking out, there was a different front desk person (a female), which I explained the situation with the TV and how I was not satisfied but she said she was”unaware of this issue” and that she was “sorry but thank you for reporting the issue”. I told the Front desk personnel I needed to pay for the drinks, she stayed “don’t worry about it, for all the inconvenience”. The personnel that I did come in contact with were all very courteous (I truly believe the evening front desk personnel was trying to get the pin for me and unfortunately he was just unable to, What made me more upset was that they never tried to contact me in either of the two rooms or on my cell let me know that they would not be able to get PIN and the lack of communication between staff.
The hotel/rooms were very clean and Breakfast was delicious!
