"The hotel is located centrally in the heart of Gent and so convenient. My room was one an extra large room, pristine and very comfortable. The staff was so helpful and friendly. I had a car; parking was right under the hotel. The staff communicated in advance the instructions for the parking which was so helpful as I would have never found it based on the lobby adddress. I highly recommend this hotel. "
"Central to Gent and tourist areas but accessible and easy with car
Everything excellent (especially food in Bistro and Restaurant) - only room for improvement - service of Breakfast coffee could be improved (speed and quantity) - they've gone for quality - which is excellent but at busy times coffee service is slow"
"As a two night stopover we found the accommodation to suit our requirements, close to the centre, the sites and had secure parking for the motorcycle.
On arrival, the check in was easy, our room had a view towards the centre, good air con etc.
The supplied breakfast was excellent and sufficient to set you up for the day.
Question; Would I stay at this location again? YES
