Could be the best value hotel in Melbourne cbd, except for one problem. My room had a very strong odour of urine . I informed the staff on checkout and another couple I met staying had the same issue Hopefully the hotel can rectify this

I am a returning visitor to this property. It is in an excellent location - very close to everything (restaurants, entertainment, cinemas, shopping, parks) but not noisy. I have stayed here three times, in different areas of the property, and haven't been disturbed at all by external noise. The staff are polite and helpful.
