Pumbling issues

Meh

We had to call the front desk attendant after he saw us walk in, then seemed to fumble through the process of the check in. The rooms were “clean” but felt dirty. The beds were comfortable enough.
James, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Disgusting Hotel

I reserved this room for one of our employees. Upon arrival to his room, he noticed cockroaches crawling up the walls (has video proof). Then, went into the bathroom and there was mold throughout the tile and on the floor. The front desk was able to move him, however, told him it would be an additional charge and charged him!!. Never again will I book this hotel for our employees!!!

Dirty, Smelly, hardly anyone speaks English. Breakfast probably was from last month.

Now I know why it's called MICROtel. Small rooms, but adequate. Friendly and attentive staff.

10/10 Exceptional

The front desk staff were wonderful to deal with. My family and I were dealing with a very stressful situation of our home being flooded out, and they made things a little bit easier to cope with.

2/10 Poor

Worst hotel. Do not stay there

The room was disgusting Bathroom was filled with mold Housekeeping left someone’s electric tooth brush in the sink The ac barely worked and the room smelled of mold. When we called thru front desk they said the hotel was under renovations. If they knew it was that bad it should have been open. Very displease in Wyndham.

The front desk staff took a very difficult situation ( we were flooded out of our home ) and made it a lot more manageable for my family and I. They were very understanding and accommodating. Thank you!!
Bryan, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Just ok.

Check in was confusing considering they send you a text message to upload all documents needed, then ask for them again at the desk. Half of the parking lot was blocked off. Breakfast waffles were NASTY, when asked, they said they put lemon in the batter. They tasted like the mix had soured. That's our go to hotel when we visit family, but may try a new one next time.
Emily, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

I had an overnight flight delay and this was the closest, most affordable hotel. They are renovating the hotel, and that is visible with the materials showing as soon as you walk in. The breakfast wasn’t appetizing. There was one muffin, a loaf of bread with a toaster, cereal, old apples that were bruised, hash browns, and sausage patties. I ended up just eating a sausage patty and going back to my room. There was banging from around 7 am in the room next to me because of the renovation. I also called the front desk to see if I could get a late checkout, as I have a video meeting at 11, and they said they don’t provide a late checkout during the renovations. I’m here on a Tuesday, and this isn’t a town where rooms sell out during the week. It was a very disappointing stay.
Emily, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Horrible and dirty.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. The room was dirty, the bathroom faucet had no cold water and the bathroom appeared as though it had never been cleaned. They also charged me twice for a deposit and have only refunded me for one. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

The rooms were dirty, outdated, and contained multiple broken parts and panels. Sheets were itchy and stained. I will never stay there again.
