Very nice stay. Room great..clean ,comfortable, amenities, staff pleasant, quiet, good breakfast (waffles wonderful),good coffee, comfortable bed. Doing some remodeling which looks like it will be even better than we experienced. Didn't use the indoor pooler exercise equipment.

Not the best but not the worst.

We specifically got this hotel because of the indoor pool. The pool was very cold and the hot tub was slightly warm. I was really looking forward to that hot tub. The outlet in our room came out of the wall as well as the toilet paper holder. The shower bar was broke and it just drooped. You can hear everything going on outside of your room, every person in the hall, next door, or above you. Their breakfast was a joke. It was waffles, oatmeal or cold cereal. They didn't even have coffee hot and ready. I kept going back and forth to my car to check on things and every time I went past the front desk there was nobody there.

Dirty floors, no screens on 2nd floor windows, cigarette burns on counter, broken electrical outlets and dirty walls in bathroom. Walls were thin, could hear neighbors loud conversations. Charges an additional $100’deposit on credit card, instead of authorization on card for full amount, they close the room charges and then run an additional charge. Breakfast had very limited options. Nothing was prepared at start of breakfast. The housekeeper was using the coffee pot to make hot mop water instead of making coffee. Overall the bed was the only positive thing there. We will not be returning.

When I arrived they told me that I didn't have a room. They told me that they were transferring me to there other property when I got there they had no idea I was coming. I had to drive back and forth between properties until they figured out a room for me. Both hotels were dirty and run down.

Worst hotel stay ever. Avoid this place! Was told one thing when booking, and something else entirely when checking in. Dishonest and difficult night manager. No mention of construction and reno that had the building and parking lot torn up. Pictures deceptive. Worst customer service.

As the price went up it wasn’t worth it anymore

The manager Briana was super helpful and kind. The night staff though was a different story. We stayed long term as we moved from Texas to Washington. During the day you could get help, but once the night came there was a male manager that was asleep on the shift. I understand it’s late but you have a job to do. I walked passed him out to my car then in and he didn’t even budge, did I mention theres a homeless camp near by. Many times there could be messes and trash I. The hallway a homeless man asleep in the stairwell and the only person to do anything was Briana. They also started remodeling and that’s cool and all but you can’t class things up all while keeping and allowing these things.

Would never stay there again

This had to be the absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed at I have a broken leg and they could not even accommodate me with an extra pillow so that I could prop my leg up or an extra blanket their bathrooms are not ada accessible they barely had anything for their complimentary breakfast they had bread cereal and waffles they didn't have any coffee makers in their room The coffee that they had downstairs was empty all the time The guy at the front desk did not want to help me at all for anything that I had to ask for which I had to ask for sugar I had to ask for the coffee I had to ask for an extra pillow and blanket which they denied me I accidentally left my shampoo and conditioner and I believe the room attendant took that home because the only thing that they could find was my pillow that I left behind as well every time I called the hotel I was only able to get them to answer one time I called for my room never was able to get them to answer which made it to where I had to walk downstairs with my broken leg to be told no they cannot accommodate me with any of my requests I could have taken the money that I spent there and spent it on a much better place that I would have been happy at The front desk was very rude

BYOB-- Bring Your Own Bedding.

I got a room with 2 queens and a pull out couch so my 2 adult sons and I could have separate sleeping arrangements. When we asked for additional bedding, we were told they had to ask their manager, but we never got an answer. Thank goodness for Walmart delivery; I ordered a couple of blankets. Their pillows are tiny, travel or couch pillow size, not comfortable. Also, be prepared to have a $100 deposit charged to your card, which wasn't listed on my reservation.

One night "vacation"

We got this hotel just to have a night away from home and some pool time. It was everything my 6-year-old hoped it would be. We swam, watched movies in bed, and just relaxed. Breakfast was average hotel Breakfast. Overall, it was exactly what we needed.

There's a train route 50 yards from the property and the trains woke me several times throughout the night. Being right next to a major thoroughfare and a freeway exit didn't help. I did like the tons of eateries and shopping available within a 5 minute drive.

We had a great time here! The pool is really nice in the rooms are pretty nice as well. We will definitely be coming back!

I felt very unsafe here due to the homeless individuals that were setting up camp on the lawn. There was no security on the property. The remodel will hopefully be complete soon, however the facility was not clean and the room was 'off-gassing' from the remodel. I was not able to stay there due to my concern about being safe, leaving my car in the parking lot, and the effects of the fumes. I am having great difficulty getting a refund for this terrible and unacceptable experience and have had to dispute charge through my credit card company.

0 on- hot tub, pool and breakfast

Breakfast was lacking. Waffle mix was liquid and lumpy, timer didn't work, only wheat bread and cereal options. Lumpy sugar and cream. 1 large pb, used by multiple guest. Stayed with small children, pool was warmer than hot tub. Had to request pool towels and 4 guests got 2 towel, had to ask for more! heater made horrible loud sounds all night. parking lot had dead cars double parked, and back lot was full of homeless and garbage. So disappointing
