Keep up the renovations

This hotel looked like an old apartment building renovation into a hotel with much wrk in progress. Decent stay. Spacious. Very minimal breakfast offerings. The geese outside sure left messes everywhere but the greeting cat was a nice touch

Checkin was easy and quick. Nice lady up front made it simple. Room was clean and stocked. My only complaint is the water pressure. After driving almost 8 hours, I wanted a hot shower to end the day and there was virtually no pressure. The shower also had draining issues. Other than that it was a nice hotel and I would choose this location again.

Come here for MICE in your room!

There was a mouse in my room! I could hear it chewing on my luggage when i tried to sleel, turned the lights on, amd saw it running around the floor at 2 am! Filthy room! Some weird goo on the bed spread, no hand soap in the bathroom, no trash can in the room, amd it was just filthy in the knooks and crannies.. horrible experiemce.. i couldnt sleep at all after the mouse

After arriving to the room. I should have looked better at the room. We went to eat and came back to hair in the bathroom drain shower. The toilet seat was dirty. It was just old looking. The sheets had small holes in them. Very disappointed!

Everything was good for a guick one night stay. Nothing fancy but there were 5 of us and plenty of room. Breakfast not great but just enough choices for 3 adults and 2 kids. Only problem was pull out sofa bed was broken but it was big enough to just sleep on top. For the price it was good. I would recommend.

This hotel seems to be filled with construction workers…noted by the dozen pickup trucks around the guest entrance. There was cigarette butts all over the ground outside the door as well as a discarded alcohol bottle. The hallway reeked of pot every time we left our room. The garbage can near the door was overflowing when we arrived, and more than overflowing when we left the next day. I chose this hotel because it stated it was a non-smoking property. Well, when there’s cigarette butts all over the ground and the place smells like a Bob Marley convention, it’s anything BUT non-smoking!!!! We stayed in room 117. There was a 2” hole in the middle of the floor near the foot of the bed that was a trip hazard. I can’t believe this could go unnoticed! Geez, fix that, fill it with caulk or something! The toilet rocks when you sit on it. In all fairness, I understand employees don’t sit on the toilet in rooms, so I’ll give a pass on that, but you’ve been notified now, so please fix it. The sofa was dirty-like someone walked on it with their dirty boots. The beds were clean and comfortable so that’s a plus. The breakfast was all carbs-not an even a hint of protein. I couldn’t find the eating utensils so my 73 yr old cane-toting husband walked out to the desk and asked. The lady seemed perturbed and a tad rude when pointing them out to us. With several other options of places to stay in the area, I will definitely make a different choice on my next trip.

I normally stay with no problem till the last time the very rude front desk person wanted to accuse me of smoking in the room which I don’t even smoke and refuse to refund my deposit for it. Never again will I stay here. I guess she was too hard up and needed the money

This property used to be nice when it was Best Western. But now with new owner, the property has gone down. The free breakfast was nonexistent, their was a roach in the bedroom, they only clean the room on requested day and they want you out of the room by 10 am to clean and if you are not, they will not come back and clean it. Outside look rough. I now it was an old nursing home and it had renovation to hotel but the layout wasn't done right.
