Very clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Excellent location, with lots of dining options in walking distance. It's an older building, but a bargain for the price!

This property was very poorly maintained, it smelled very badly in common areas, the air in the common areas was set on 81 so it was muggy. The hotel seemed very sketchy. The "Free Breakfast" was toast, yogurt, and waffles! Just keep in mind you get what you pay for.

I think the room was clean, but was lacking in upkeep such as old, dirty caulking in the bathroom, a hole in the ceiling, dirty phone and a mildew odor.
