Avoid This Misrepresented Property!
I regret not being more cautious when booking a Tokyo property with no reviews on Expedia. The place was misrepresented in images and description, leading to a disappointing experience. We encountered a dirty entrance, no elevator, unbearable smell, cramped space, and filth throughout. There were no provided towels, and the bed was unusable due to a bad mattress.
Despite contacting Expedia and the unresponsive host, we received minimal assistance. Expedia suggested booking a new hotel at our own expense. We endured two days of misery before leaving. As a loyal Expedia customer, I am disheartened by their lack of responsibility and support. I urge caution when using Expedia for future bookings, especially for properties with no reviews.
