Fantastic experience, will return
We had a great stay. We were upgraded to a king bed at checkin (which is what we preferred over 2 doubles), we had a large room and they confirmed we were okay with highway view room. Everything was fantastic, highway was not loud at all.
Elevators were our only concern - they were slow and took multiple trips to fit in. 100% would stay again.

Unpleasant traffic in Montreal
The hotel was okay, however the traffic was horrible, especially the highway was way too confusing causing me easily to get lost. For example, an 8 minutes drive became 16 minutes to your destination. Also the drivers were driving like a maniac because they would cut in front of your car without signaling and most people there don’t seem very friendly. I don’t plan on coming back to this town due to the constant high and unexpected traffic.

Nice room
Loved the room! We were very tired and requested a quiet room. The staff moved our room from the 3rd to the 8th after listening to my request. They had wedding until 2am but I didn't hear any noise. Thanks!!!

I stayed at the Hilton Hotel in Montreal Decarie from 09/23/2024 to 09/26/2024.
I was assigned room 318. However, this room has windows that overlook a highway. If during the day the vehicles drive at low speed and are not disturbing, at night, especially the trucks drive at high speed and the noise thus generated is unbearable.
This is how neither my wife nor I were woken up shortly after midnight, and were unable to fall back asleep.
On the morning of September 24, I saw a receptionist who changed my room. But on this same September 24, I was supposed to speak in front of several dozen people and given my state of fatigue and irritation, I was only able to do so in the evening. I am requesting reimbursement for the night during which my wife and I were unable to sleep, as well as compensation.
