DO NOT stay at the Quality Inn Tulsa - Downtn West

The hotel was dirty. There was no phone in the room. The cable did not work on the TV. We had to call someone to come to the room to turn the TV on. The next morning the TV did not work for us. There was no hot water in the sink for the bathroom and no cold water in the sink next to the coffee maker. There was a broken ironing board in the room and I had to go down to have them bring another ironing board up. The iron did not get hot enough to get the wrinkles out of my clothes. My husband went into the breakfast area 10 minutes after the time breakfast was over and an employee yelled at him that he couldn't get a muffin because breakfast was over. My husband got the muffin anyway. Oh! When I opened the curtain the next morning, it fell on the floor.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Fitting sheet on bed was dirty under the pillow. The carpet had not been vacuumed for what appeared to be for several days. Dried liquid substance on one of the windows. Stains on the curtains and pin holes in the curtains. Finally, the TV didn't work as I kept getting a cable TV error message. I shared these issues with the hotel manager and hopefully they will do something about it.

Never again

This hotel had no manager one at front desk, and only one car in the parking lot. This was at the time you are supposed to check in. Had trash cans being used to catch dripping water. Smelled so awful. I literally ran out and could/ would not stay there. Also I did the resourvations through hotels.com and I am now glad I did not stay. The advertisement said it was 1.4 miles from the Cox sports business. but is was a 45 minute walk. I trusted that they did their home work. I list $ because it does not refund. Note don't pay before you stay. It is not worth it. I lost $ on a Colorado trip as well.through this same company. Due to my son catching influenza B. Trust me get resourvations direct from source not these help or discounted ones. You save nothing and create more problems for your self.

Don’t ever go here. Save your money.

Room was not at all what was advertised, the lamps didn’t work, holes in the wall, bedding had stains, mold on the curtains, rust and what looked like mold on the air vents. Smelled musty and of cigarettes in my room and through the whole entire building. Paid for one thing and got the complete opposite of what was advertised. If I could get my money back I would.

Great for the price

It was a cozie room and bed was comfy and clean , although the paint in the bathtub was peeling off which wasn't great during showering but it wasn't much so wasn't really a problem . All workers were very professional and courteous. The free breakfast was nice

Nice people needs remodeling

Everyone who works there is super nice and friendly. I felt very welcomed and at home. I have no complaints. The condition of the hotel itself was bad. Rusted, rotten, crumbling, stinking of cigarettes I had to cover my face to get to my hotel room, I'm not exaggerating. The sign outside says no smoking. There were roaches in my room. It needs to be properly remodeled. If I had any other choice I would have not stayed the night. None of this was the fault of the employees. I have no complaints about the employees. They are doing their best with what they have available to them.

Not bad yet not good.

It wasn't a horrible stay. The staff was really nice. The hallways smelled like weed and we didn't have hot water. The mini fridge was not clean and stuff was left in the drawers from last person who stayed in the room.

I’ll definitely never stay here again. The entire experience is shady. Area around property at night not safe. Pull up in parking lot, not well lit. Rooms need updated badly. Breakfast was terrible.. hot items were ice cold. Waffle batter, syrup, utensils empty among many other issues. One staff member was extremely rude to me and threw a verbal tantrum in front of guests about staff. Really sad to see a property that could be a very nice place, be run into the ground with bad maintenance and unprofessional staff.

Roach Motel

First impressions usually go a long way, but I had problems from the start. I paid for my room in advance, but they required a credit card for a $50 deposit. I used 3 different bank cards that the receptionist said wouldn't clear. To get past this step, I just walked over to the gas station to get $100 for the deposit amount in cash. It was very late when I arrived so I didn't see much right away, but the next morning was not pleasant. I found small pieces of rubbish on the floors. Then I started seeing a couple of small roaches in the bathroom. Flushed them down the toilet. When I started the leaking spigot for the shower, I saw a used face cloth on top of the shower curtain. I assumed the roaches weren't leaving the bathroom, but I was in err. After dark on my last night I turned the light on in the hallway and the roaches were crawling the walls and the door to my room. I quickly packed and checked out. This was not a pleasant experience at all. I have photos, but button in this app isn't working!

The Staff were kind ❤️ the room could use a lil upgrade on some things like the tub and back balcony door lock being fixed but I could tell they were in the process of fixing things other then that It was great the staff provided great service.
