The manager at the hotel said there were water problems before and they lost 3 rooms and all other rooms were booked. We eventually stayed one room, but there is only one bed and extra bed was dirty and old, so we couldn’t sleep well.
We really wanted to have two real bed to sleep. One of my kid got sick because he couldn’t sleep well on the old extra bed.
It also the phone broke, so we needed to go to the office to have some lack of towels and other things.
The refrigerator’s handle was almost fall off and there were no kitchen equipments.
I asked discounts from the manager “Peter” but he said he needed to ask his boss. So we haven’t got any discount yet.
The manager “Peter” was nice person, but we were not satisfied with this situation.
