They can do a little better than what it is, people running in and out, and they were noisy as hell, the ice machine was broken, you had to pick out your own ice,, but the place and rooms were cleaned. That’s about all.

Although it was shown as available on orbitz, the guy at the fromt desk was incredibly rude and did not let me check in. He told me my reservation was for another day (completely wrong) and then told me that there is no vacancy. There was two other customers who booked through other apps abd were told the same thing. It was 3 AM in the morning at a sketchy neighborhood

There was no showerhead in the bathroom!!!!!! And the water in the shower didn't get hot!!!! In December I had to take a cool shower with water just spitting at me from the wall. Very disappointed,then was told no room available to switch. Other than that the room was super clean, smelled good bed and sheets comfortable. I would go back but will check room 1st before accepting it.

Horrible stay Booking mixed up messed up several times by hotel staff they joke and laughed like it was funny they accidentally gave me a refund then took it back the next take the make up for there mistake no microwave or breakfast Worst place I’ve ever stayed for 3 days reservation online doesn’t even matter to these people at all they giving me a head ache and anxiety I felt mistreated, profiled and unlawful wrong. My initial room had roaches in it. I had asked to be switched into another room the following morning and the new room I had disinfected with my lysol wipes and everything was dirty. There were marks of dead bugs on the walls. There wasnt a cover for the peephole. My water went cold very quickly. There was no ice machine. In the first room, there was no full body mirror or iron or iron board. In my second room, which was the same exact type had those items in it. When I first asked to be swapped, the front end tried to swap me into the room right next to the one I was staying in. I was in 303, I was told 302 is my new room. Wifi was also in and out. Especially when it started raining. Not all of the outlets worked.
