The manager was professional and friendly, but it is too bad that the young staff are not properly trained in terms of customer service. They are not rude, but certainly not welcoming. When the hotel caused inconvenience to its guests (short on utensils, lobby being floor being renewed and the elevator not being available, lobby being dusty but breakfast is being served), the young staff was completely unaware that they needed to have an apologetic attitude regarding the inconvenience. They just said "No we don't have forks", "I don't know if the breakfast will be served", etc. I told the manager about this, and she said she will get on it.
