Nice place to be in if you don't mind some DIY.

The place is relatively affordable for the location and size of the room. Check-in is self-service and cleaning is only done when you leave the 'please clean the room' magnetic sticker outside the door. There's not much to evaluate services, but during the brief interactions most of the staff members were nice.
