Get both elevators working especially for guest on 5th floor. I should have called Fire Marshal due to the fact you had the back entrance/exit closed. If true emergency how would guest get out of back part of building? Also cigarette burns in top comforter on bed. Towel in bathroom fringed and should have not been used again. Overall my stay was great. The only thing I would change is the breakfast, not many selections when it came to fruit or meat. We only got sausage and the sausages weren’t cooked very well. But other than that everything was nice, friendly staff and all.
