Everything was fine, except when i asked for a wakeup call on my last day, but did not receive one. Its a good thing i set my phone alarm otherwise i would have missed my flight back home

The front desk staff was very friendly. The hotel itself needs some major renovations. Many parts of the hotel has chipped furniture. The door to get into the hotel gets stuck so badly that I thought I was locked out until someone came up and said you have to “really manhandle it” to get it to open. The hair dryer didn’t work and the outlet made a scary sound when trying to use it. The room had built up dust on the baseboards and the sheets had stains. Someone kept propping the fire door open which made me feel very unsafe as anyone could have gotten into the stairwell.

The bad: It was really sad that there was no room at 2 pm but I know that it says that it should be ready at 3 pm but it would have been a plus. The bathroom is a little old, it could be renovated.
The Good: breakfast is great, the beds are clean and comfy.

The front desk agents were very kind.. the problem was that my room had Roaches that got in to my bag. I cut the light on and there were a few roaches..

Las camas son pequeñas no pueden dormir cómodamente 2 personas y la habitación no está en buenas condiciones, la alfombra estaba mojada, mojé mis medias caminando cerca de la cama. La verdad es muy malo el hotel.

The room was clean when we arrived but over the 8 days the room was never cleaned, the lining and the towels were never changed.
Concerning the breakfast, the choices were the same every day and for 2 ro 3 days there was no orange juice available.

So very dirty. Floors on halls and elevator were sticky. They had regular large garbage cans next to elevator on hallways. I saw roaches in dining room. I asked for my room to be cleaned after a few days I was told I was not on the schedule that I should of arrange for room cleaning way ahead of time.

When stepping off the elevator on to the 3rd floor where my room was located there was an extremely strong smell of marijuana throughout the hallway extending in to my room. I reported to the front desk because it actually smelled like someone was actively smoking at the time. Very off putting.

Bathroom has mold and very poorly ventilated. Was charged additional $100 deposit which was not specified at booking and told the deposit would be returned 3-4 days after checkout. Shower head in bathroom unsteady and hanging. I will not be using La Quinta again.

It was a good stay but the property is old and you could smell it as soon as you enter the lobby. The outside is very well maintained. The front door paint is sloppy and immediately raises concerns. We felt safe but the room door to Room 415 did not close naturally. You had to pull the door closed to ensure the lock engaged. The elevator works but the panel is old and difficult to read the floor numbers. Easy fixes on most things. It could also use a bit more lighting by the check in area. It’s low ceiling by check in area and more lights would improve the feeling that it’s an older hotel.
