Have had an issue previously and were cautious. Checkin was good, got to room and had no tp and remote did not turn tv on, but got tp from front and remote controlled everything else on tv. Pillows were a bit thin but slept ok.

Unimpressed
Booked it because it said it had 2 queen beds and sleeper sofa. Had 2 twin beds and the sofa had no mattress. Also had to ask for bath towels as there were none in the room. My 4 year old also found a piece of pie left in the fridge from previous guest. The breakfast consisted of cold cereal, cold coffee, toast, and waffles.

Everything was fine except horrible continental breakfast! No muffins, croissants. A few bags of oatmeal, no fruit. If you just like toast then it’s perfect.

Don’t waste your $ on this place.
The television didn’t work, the sheets had stains on them, the shower water made our eyes burn and was scolding hot even at the lowest temperature setting, there were big roaches in the breakfast area and when I say big I mean GIANT ROACHES . there were ashes and burn marks on the sheets, it was just very Gross and uncomfortable, and we didn’t even stay our entire stay we left and went to another hotel on the other side of town . We were told that they had just bought this hotel and are working on getting things ready. They should have bought the hotel fixed it up and then rented the rooms out, not rented the rooms out while they were trying to get things done. It kind of reminded me of something you’d see on a TV that they use as a halfway house or a homeless shelter. And honestly, I’ve seen cleaner places for that price. Safety wise I felt like it was OK, but that was about it. I doubt I will ever return if I do return to try it out again it will be in a couple years down the road after they’ve got everything cleaned up.

A good budget hotel in Witchita
For the price this was a good hotel experience. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast options are a bit limited (waffles, toast, cereal or oatmeal), but overall would stay here again.

Needs some TLC
I stayed for three nights. Pros: comfortable bed, turndown service, beautiful tropical plants in common area, Friendly staff Cons: “Breakfast Bar” was embarrassing. Unkept, unstocked and woefully inadequate. Went to check it out on two separate days. There was a waffle make that was not clean. Two cooler cases, one with a pitcher of milk and one that was empty. There was a cereal dispenser but I wasn’t sure how clean the milk was. One care had white bread spread out on the selves. There was a bowl with two packets of oatmeal. I tried the orange juice and it was very watered down. TV in room could only be turned on with the buttons on side. Sound quality was very tinny even after I adjusted the bass and treble. Bathroom toilet handle was loose and shower head was pulled away from the wall. Plugin on light fixture were very loose which made it hard to connect to electricity.

Dirty bathroom, would not stay again.
The bathroom in the room we stayed in was not clean, as you can see by this picture of the hair in the shower. The water pressure was not good, and the water was not hot. The white towels in the bathroom were stained. Also, there was a piece of the metal bed frame sticking out from the bed. This is a hazard, and there was an injury from the frame hitting my partner's leg on this piece of metal. The bed was done up with linens that had cigarette burns in them.

Hotel is perfect if you have pets. Multiple dogs making noise. Room smelled of pet urine upon entering. Floor started gathering water under the bathroom sink when running it. The only hot item at breakfast was waffles.

Don't read a book by it's cover!
The hotel has been renovated with a tasteful decor. It was very clean. The outside front could use some serious attention. As I pulled up I was taken back and somewhat unsettled thinking, what have i gotten into. Thank God I was surprised with the inside!

Bed Bugs Beware
Arrived late in the evening f after days event. Armchair in room had arm broken hanging off. Bed seemed to be clean upon turning down and uplifting top sheets and blankets. However upon waking up was lying in a bed full of bed bugs. I’ve NEVER experienced bed bugs in my entire life at any room I’ve ever slept in. GM would not come to any aid needed, only front desk girl (4th day on job) came immediately when front desk was called. She viewed and agreed there was a problem stating refund would be made. We called Hotels.com to report and got case number. We asked for refund which they never do, but did call front desk to state refund needed to be paid and got approval from fro t desk. We immediately left to find another hotel as our event lasted all weekend. We will never go back again. Complaint was filed with the Kansas Department of Agriculture Food and Lodging Safety. Currently in negotiations for repayment.
