Great stay at Dream Resort. Excellent service and atmosphere. The room was very clean, the views was stunning with amazing views. My only issue is the quality of alcohol provided to guest was cheap alcohol with a horrible taste.

My wife and I got married here at Dreams. Even though we were 2 days late bc of not making flight in Miami, Indiomar did a fantastic job and everything he set up it met our needs. Please please please, don’t waste your money on this Godforsaken place. Customer service is nonexistent, food options are limited, the resorts needs serious repair, the entertainment is decent but not authentic to the island. In over 30 years of traveling the world, this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. Luxury resort is a joke. I bet there are nicer motels.

Hyatt should be ashamed. Everything was outdated, old and worse of all dirty. My room was not cleaned two out of five nights. There were only TWO restaurants. 1 cafe, 1 buffet and room service. The food from room service was inconsistent. The pool was small and had algae. No bartender at pool. There were birds EVERYWHERE trying to get food. There were mosquitoes and flies at the two outdoor restaurants. That’s why we ate in a lot. It was rainy season so bugs are inevitable. It was DEFINITELY NOT WORTH MY MONEY.
