On September 13, 2025, I checked into Embassy suites around 5:00 PM and was charged $711.50 for two nights, but the front desk mistakenly registered me for only one night; as a result, the system later attempted to charge me an additional $342 for the second night, even though I had already paid in full. This error led to another guest being issued a key to my room while my wife and I were still inside. In addition, the air conditioner did not work, the ceiling leaked water, there was no remote for the living room TV, and the sink had no hot water, making the stay unacceptable. I am disputing the duplicate charge and requesting confirmation that my $711.50 payment covers the entire stay.
