This place was reasonably priced and had good reviews, so I decided to give it a try on a recent trip to a soccer tournament in the area. The parts I saw were clean and in good repair. The lady at the front desk was nice. The pool area was huge, but my daughter didn't want to give it a try. Breakfast wasn't great, but did offer a few options and seemed fresh.
The downside was that the room we were originally given hadn't been cleaned yet when we got to it. The lady at the front desk had vanished in the minute between when we got our key and when I returned to let her know the room was still dirty. So I had to wait 5 minutes for her to turn up again, only to be told that there were no clean rooms in the size we had paid for, so we were given a much smaller room with double beds instead. This led to many tears from my young, overtired soccer player, who apparently really liked our first room and its larger beds. Once she got over that, she enjoyed the stay. I would have liked some of my money back since I had paid for a better room, but it wasn't a huge deal. They had staffing issues that day and seemed to be doing their best.
There did seem to be a lot of locals there just hanging out in the lobby or using the pool. I don't know if there was a birthday party or something going on or if that's just a usual thing there. Just something that stood out to me
We would stay here again.
