Lesson learned-more familiar with area

The hotel bathroom has mold, they did not accept my type of card and charged a deposit which should be returned but after reading several reviews I’m most likely not getting it, the pool was closed until the day before we left, cleaning services we upon request which I requested every other day-I had to go to the front desk and request clean towels and the front desk person had an attitude about it.

I thought this was going to be a nice stay and good price BUT....room was dirty, bathroom was dirty and the floors were disgusting the sheets were dirty, breakfast was terrible orange juice was warm, yogurt and milk was warm and the area was a mess the premises were dirty, trash bags all over They should pay me to stay there And staff very unfriendly I had to put a $100 deposit for what? A filthy room Wont be back

You get what you pay for!

This place is average. We needed a place to sleep for a couple hours on our long road trip. I booked through Hotels.com, which was easy. Upon check in the receptionist did not present with a warm greeting, but it was 2am so I didn't get offended. The room was average, needs upgrading, beds are not comfy, bathroom toilet had urine under the seat, bedding was stained. The shower was stained and needs to be updated big time. Breakfast was decent, waffles, bagels, muffins, cereal, yogurts, hard boiled eggs, coffee and juice. It did the job but would not be my first choice if I am in that area again. I would rather pay the extra $20 plus dollars for a more pleasant room.

So so hotel that needs a good cleaning

Property is in need of some love and a good cleaning. Positives-It’s in a great location. Great price. Check in was quick and easy. Bed is super comfortable. Shower is as nice. Tv was sufficient. Breakfast is a minimal continental. Coffee was good but no decaf. Negatives-The room had super strong perfume or air freshener smell that never dissipated. The chair was broken, two of the lamps did not have a light bulb. Walls are pretty thin and you can hear lots of stuff going on around. Maybe the worst part is it’s not too clean. There was water on the bathroom floor from the shower and I used a towel to wipe it up and the dirt that came up on the towel was crazy. I didn’t walk barefoot at all. Nasty.

When i walked into the lobby you could smell it hadnt been cleaned in a long time. Got the room after having to pay a 100 dollar deposit on top of the room payment. The room was tiny barley any walking space. There was a blood stain on the blanket of the first bed. Then there was blood on the back of the toilet. I started to check the beds due to the cleanliness of the hotel i wanted to make sure there was not going to be any bed bugs. When i flipped over the blanket on the second bed sure enough there was bugs underneath the blankets and that is when me and my family left the room and i went back to the lobby. I do have to say after i told him about the rooms condition he asked if i wanted to change rooms or get a refund. I choose for the refund because i couldnt image going into another room like that.

Horrible experience

The place is old and dirty… it could be much better if someone picked up the trash got the dumpsters cleaned and served something for breakfast that is warm. Over all horrible I live la Quinta ( this ain’t it)

This is not like your typical newer La Quinta. It was old, curtains didn’t fit window well. It was very large with multiple buildings. Front desk attendant was not helpful, didn’t provide map or tell us times for breakfast. Food service person was slightly rude also. I was expecting more for a La Quinta.
