Fraud-Beware
Really cannot begin to describe the horror that is this hotel… after sending us on a rat race for a room, which we paid for at check-in, that included a room that could not be accessed due to keypad issues, a room with no mattress, a room that had a searing hot iron on while being totally disheveled, a room that was occupied, they finally told us “We don’t have any more rooms”. We then asked for our money back and the unhelpful, unprofessional, super rude desk attendant said, “We have a no refund policy, you’re taking this personally”. When we called the next day to try and reach a manager, another unprofessional desk attendant said, “Haven’t you heard of a day off, the earliest someone will get back to you is Monday.” So now we wait to see what will be done, while the pending charge for a room we never received in a filth pit of a hotel, sits on my recent credit card activity. Wyndham needs to get their name off this hotel.
