We wanted to use the shuttle but we didn’t know how to use it. We called the hotel many times but never reached. So we had no choice but to take a taxi.

It is an old hotel and they are trying to keep it a float . Doing a good job. Needs a face lift but you can’t beat location for me.

When I checked in he said my room wasn’t ready because it was a handicap room. I said I didn’t request a handicap room and he argued with me. A lady came out and looked at my reservation and apologized. Then when it was time to check out the lady said “mam I need the correct room number and I gave it to her for the fourth time. She said that doesn’t match our records. I gave her my ID and she said the last name doesn’t match the room number.” I gave her my room key and she still argued with me. I asked for a manager and she said they don’t work on the weekends. I said I wanted a printed receipt and her response was they don’t give out paper copies. All emailed. Still no email. Won’t recommend and won’t stay at again.

We are happy with the overall stay, but the restaurant had a limited menu, ran out of food options, and we (amongst others) had to order out.

Everything was lovely. The staff was fantastic. Our room was exceptionally clean and tidy, well decorated and well kept up.

Stay was going good until I saw that the hotel charged two of my cards and when I asked for what’s going on the front desk just told me call back Monday

Our a/c was very noisy (squealed intermittently) and had a hard time keeping up. Otherwise the place was comfortable, secure and friendly staff.

I had problems with my room key 523. The lady in the front desk was nice. I she changed the key 4 times. The last time I requested her to go with me. She said that it might be the battery and she requested technical help. Nobody came back to me in order to fix it. I was waiting in my coworker's room. Where they supposed to reach me with a solution. After 1 hr of waiting my coworker called to request a change of room for me. I had to again back to front desk. They guy in charge gave a new room. The new one had a very bad smell, like someone had a cigarette there. The bathroom floor was sticky. I ended got to sleep very late... And my flight was very early in the morning. Super bad experience. You are anxious to rest after a long work day presentation and instead you have to resolve a problem that suppose to be easy to fix.

The carpets in the room and Lobby are dirty and old. Entire hotel needs serious upgrades.
