My room looked clean, but when I turned over a paper coffee cup the first morning I was there, it was used & dirty! Then the same with the second cup! It was disgusting!! Tv didn’t work, ac wouldn’t stay off. It’s October. Blinds had been for show not functional. Bathroom was brim with hairs and the housekeeper came into the room after pleading with him he didn’t. He didn’t speak English but who goes into a rented room with someone still in it. This is the first review I’ve written in my life. It was that bad.stay at tru next door across from the mall.

I’m surprised they rate themselves with “4 stars”. Not even close. The beds were so uncomfortable, couldn’t get a good nights sleep. The tub had an extremely slow drain so you had to shower in 5 minutes to avoid a flood. Maintenance was unresponsive. The ceiling had peeling paint. Overall poor conditions. Front desk not accommodating by any means.
