Customer service has fallen off at this hotel. I had no satisfaction with a couple issues and then was denied a caught for my little one terrible terrible terrible! The service I can’t even explain how bad it’s gotten to the point where I need to now visit different brands and I used to be happy to happy with the Hampton but they don’t care. Take care or care about your needs anymore.
