"Convenient, modern with friendly staff. Large hotel near the train station -- the area is quiet and filled with large hotels -- not seedy at all. Best and easy to use public transportation to the old town and Market square area for restaurants, shopping and attractions. Good value for money at this chain of hotels."

None of them were warm and friendly but they were all fully competent and very effective at their jobs. So I can't say the service was great but neither can I say it wasn't. I guess very effective and business like. Room was very nice by Germany standards."

The room, had everything you need, inclusive of a small kitchen, it was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bus/ tram connection was conveniently located outside the hotel, and the connections to the Altstadt, were quick and efficient."
