Dirty room, badly maintained facilities and below past par management. I got to the reception and was entertained with the troubles the hotel is facing with getting money Expedia. Calls had to be made to someone who then authorised that ibe allowed into a room that i had already paid for.
The room is at the top of the building, There was no elevator, the stairs were done in ways that you had to hold on to the railings to prevent falling down. Dragging heavy bags up and down the stairs is difficult, as you hard to bend your body in ways that leaves you with aches and pains as you are trying to squeeze your body into the cramped stairs.
On getting to the room, out was too hit for comfort. The box air conditioner made so much noise than cooling the air. A refilling of gas is badly needed in the air conditioner..
No towel in the room. Even after asking for it, it took them 3 hours to produce one for 2 people. One tiny useless soap, no cream and no conditioner.
Looking around the whitewashed walls, you see how badly done the whole place is: badly plastered walls submerged in coats of paint, stains on walls and dusts everywhere you turn. These are not pleasing to sights.
It took forever to get food ready. I can understand, as its a function of number of orders received. The food is good. The internet facilities are great. The receptionists could do with less noise. And the management should caution those gun-wielding police men to keep out of view.
