The kitchen of this hotel is so poorly run! First day, club sandwich took 45 minutes to make, fries came out cold to the touch. Second day, ordered oatmeal from the menu, out of oatmeal. Third day, ordered hummus from the menu, out of hummus. Fourth day, go to brunch. All dishes severely picked over or out. Air conditioning blowing so hard over the egg buffet station, gross! Four chefs in the middle of the kitchen chatting and looking at WeChat like they have nothing else to do during brunch at 10 am on a Sunday.
Management and service people need to be retrained, or hotel should lose its franchise. Worst Marriott I have ever stayed at.
