Great location. Centre of all the tourist stuff and in line with all the shops. The hotel was comfortable, clean, warm and helpful with suggestions. Breakfast was healthy and available if leaving early in the morning. It was peaceful and a very enjoyable stay. Please note, cars are unable to stop in front of the hotel, as it is a pedestrian area, so bear in mind if mobility issues. But, close to restaurants and bus stops. Would stay there again.

Loved the hotel. The staff was amazing, the rooms were clean and amenities were great. Perfectly located, just be mindful that your taxi will not drop you off right in front of the hotel as the location is in a pedestrian street.

Stay in a warm hotel in Iceland
Front desk service is very good, giving guide to sightseeing, responding to requests and questions efficiently. Good breakfast, clean room and environment. My husband needs to take medicines with warm water, I asked for a water container for hot water, the front desk girl offered us a bottle, very caring to help out, thank you. I also asked for wake up call for our early flight, the gentleman called at 6:00am. Everything was well done!

We enjoyed our 5 night stay in a junior suite. The accommodations were excellent and the staff were great from the early check in for our room to the daily service. The breakfast is good and there is plenty to choose. The location of the hotel along a major pedestrian and shopping street is also a great bonus.
