In the middle of the night, you hear some animals suspected to be cats running and making funny noise on the roof of the building. Provision. At wash room was poor with substandard facilities as compared to their charges

Cross between a Half-Star and One Star
If you are after a one star Hotel this is your place. If not look elsewhere.

Good value for money
The hotel is quite old and obviously not updated. The mattress and pillows smell like an old cabinet and need replacement. Towels and pillow cases need to be replaced as well. The redeeming value, however, is that the hotel has a very nice manager and staff. Everyone is accommodating and the manager acts very fast on any complaint. Restaurant has good food at reasonable prices.

It's Monrovia!
Embassy Suites, Monrovia, is tucked away in the old city center in an area where several embassies are situated and close to the old US Embassy which has now moved around the block. The immediate area offers few if any shops or other desirable amenities. Like its surroundings, Embassy Suites has seen better days. However, the front desk and other staff are excellent, professional, friendly, and eager to help. I had two rooms during this latest stay and there were aspects of my second room (especially the bathroom) which reminded me that I am, after all, in Monrovia, where progress and revitalization are hard work and expensive. However, at $420.00 for 3 nights, one hopes for better days.

Best staff around!
I had the most wonderful stay at Embassy Suites! The staff were so kind, understanding, and helpful. We held a couple of day long workshops with a small group (5 people) and didn't want to rent an entire conference room. The hotel had some great outdoor spaces where we could hold the meetings, and they were great about adding morning and afternoon teas, and providing lunch at the restaurant. This was a great solution for a small meeting where we just paid for the food and drinks. They even sent staff out to buy extra flip chart paper on our behalf. So kind! Another pleasant surprise was that laundry service was included in the room rate. That was a game changer! The only downside I would mention is that the location is not ideal for meetings other than at the US or EU Embassy. Our trips to meetings with Ministries and out of Monrovia had an extra 15 minutes added on just because our location was a bit remote, but I absolutely plan to stay here again for the staff and the rooms.

Comfortable friendly hotel
Ideal for business especially if working with the UN, as close to most agency offices. Room was comfortable and spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nice and Comfortable place
It is a very nice comfortable place to stay with a good restaurant attached to it. The staff are very good and very helpful. They maintain the place clean and neat. I would love to come and stay back again.
