Worst experience possible from check-in to check-out. They did not honor the commitment made in the advertisement on Hotéis.com, causing us a huge aditional cost. I sent 3 messages within the Hotéis.com app, but Kandima claimed that they did not clarify the cost of the promotional transfer since they would not receive messages within the Hotéis.com platform. However, all the requested documents were sent through this platform. They tried to make us delete the negative review we left on other site of ferino us a room upgrade, but since we did not accept, they left us without any compensation for the transfer. At check-out, there was an undue charge for the minibar, which we did not even use.
