Hotel staff was HORRIBLE EXCEPT for the Dining Room Staff - they were very customer service focused and eager to assist. We arrived late for breakfast, after the buffet, and they cooked us a made to order breakfast. I was VERY impressed and thankful.
The front desk person that checked us in claimed he was the manager. My goodness he provided the slowest, most lackadaisical service I've ever experienced. He didn't tell us that the Wi-Fi only worked intermittently, at best, in the front desk area, took his time getting someone to clean the room, the room was INFESTED with bugs and we complained several times, FINALLY, about an hour later, he came up to see what the problem was.
