Awesome property! Beautiful grounds. Staff is excellent, courteous and helpful. Onsite owners are a breath of fresh air. Food is high quality and delicious. Have stayed 2 years in a row and will return. The rooms are large and accommodating with private balcony overlooking the gorgeous pool and striking green scenery. I found nothing I wanted or needed that wasn’t there. Outstanding!

RoofTop is truly a gem! Before booking I had read several reviews praising this place which lead to high expectations - and I was not disappointed.
From the stunning rooms to the tentative and professional staff, this is a must-stay when in Gambia. Or might I say it's worth booking a trip just to see this small and exclusive paradise.
The owner Urban makes you feel like you have come home, a very serene feeling that many of us need!

Nice location, they listed there are wifi in all the rooms, but it turned out there was no wifi in the rooms , only outside the hotel rooms you will have access to their wifi, and i specifically booked that hotel because of the access to wifi. So they should correct that wrong information on your expedia website.

Quite a nice place for the price. Big room with a balcony, good restaurant, minutes from the beach. Different types of outlets in the room so you don’t need a converter. Male staff members trying to chat you up are very annoying, so maybe not the most ideal for solo female travelers.

4 tips for savvy savings when booking a hotel in Gambia
Book for the cheapest times: The most budget-friendly time to visit Gambia is during June, August, and September, when hotel prices are typically lower. For those looking to fully experience Gambia's rich history, culture, and stunning natural attractions, a stay of at least 6 days is recommended. This allows ample time to explore key landmarks and immerse oneself in the vibrant local culture, all while enjoying great value for money. Prices may drop during these months, making it an ideal opportunity for travelers on a budget.
Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: Hotels.com offers a variety of opportunities in Gambia for travelers to save, especially with its Deals section. You may discover last-minute deals with discounted rates on hotels near your travel date by visiting the Last-Minute Dealsopens in new window page. Additionally, by enabling email alerts or push notifications, you're more likely to see flash sales and special promotions. The app's Smart Shopping tool allows you to compare hotel prices and amenities, so if rooms become available or prices drop, you could quickly secure a last-minute getaway.
Be flexible with dates: Prices can fluctuate based on various factors like the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year, so being flexible with your travel dates may help you find a better deal on your stay at a hotel in Gambia. If you're interested in something distinctive, boutique hotels can provide a more personalized experience and may offer better value. When you book through Hotels.com, we’ll inform you if the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price appears to be on the higher side, we’ll recommend alternative dates that could be more budget-friendly to assist you in finding a great option.
Consider your location: Staying in the heart of major cities in Gambia can provide unmatched convenience and easy access to local attractions, but this prime location often comes with a steeper price tag. In contrast, accommodations in smaller towns and rural areas are more likely to be affordable, allowing travelers to stretch their budgets further. For those seeking better rates, exploring hotels just outside the city center can be a savvy choice, although it may involve some additional travel to reach key sights. Additionally, considering nearby cities can reveal a wealth of experiences while offering more budget-friendly lodging options.
Best time to go to Gambia
