Gostei muito da localização, fomos muito bem recebidos, mas ainda deixa a desejar a parte da limpeza, pois em 5 dias de estadia nao tivemos limpeza de quarto, a área é extensa e de lazer, mas precisa melhorar a parte da limpeza que também deixa a desejar, mas espero poder voltar na pousada solamar, é bem aconchegante, local bem fechado, bom para descanso, pois nao tem barulhos é um lugar que passa segurança para seus clientes.

Vale pela localização
Há duas unidades do hotel. Fizemos reserva para os chalés e quando cheguei lá me encaminharam para a outra unidade, a das suítes. Nas duas unidades ninguém parecia resolver meu problema, um jogava para o outro, até que eu mostrei que a minha reserva havia sido feita para os chalés e então me disponibilizaram um, com muita má vontade. Os atendentes foram bem grosseiros, parece que não nos queriam lá. As instalações são bem precárias, a limpeza fica a desejar... A piscina estava verde. .

Pésima experiencia...nos demoramos en la ruta por una tormenta...No se respeto nuestra reserva...estuvimos una hora buscando quien nos atienda a las 12 de la noche y finalmente nos dieron una pocilga para tres personas y éramos 4....obviamente nos cobraron por adelantado el precio pactado para cuatro
