"I cant express enough how much i LOVED this hotel. It was wonderful. The location was amazing. The room and view fabulous. The staff so caring and excellent. The only place in Tokyo i would stay from now on. My first visit to Japan and the history and service at this hotel was outstanding. The concierge reached out before hand to see if i needed reservations something i very much appreciated - love love love"

"An incredible experience in Tokyo! Location is amazing, very peaceful and quiet, but so close to all the fun. Hotel is clean. Staff is extremely helpful and kind. I have no complaints. Absolutely worth it! Especially as first timers. And the room was a great size!"

"Amazing hotel as usual with super friendly and helpful staff, amazing rooms and views (I always ask for view overlooking the Shinkansen tracks into Tokyo station). Very convenient to get around with access to many lines. Always look forward to coming back again."

"The pristine condition of this hotel was simply stunning. However, the standout feature was the exceptional staff. They were incredibly friendly and even went so far as to pose for selfies with me. Inside my room, all the amenities are of premium quality including soap, body lotion and also coffee machine, safety box, cool bar, ironing board set and the branded TOTO automated toilet bowl. There's also a dedicated flat sink for purified drinkable tap water. And to top it off, a new gym is on...

"Our room was large and very comfortable, with a small round table, chairs and a sofa, a far cry From the crampef rooms we had heard about in Tokyo. The location is excellent, near high-end shopping as well as alleys crowded with restaurants. The staff is always helpful, and breakfast is a bountiful buffet. We liked everything about the Gate Hotel!"
