Situated on the Parkes side of Peak Hill, everything is still walkable. Our hostess was lovely, and provided us with a much-appreciated free basic breakfast of toast, condiments and cereal.

We were just after a relatively cheap bed for the night to break up our long driving trip and were pleasantly surprised with this motel. We were upgraded to a larger room and supplied with a pre-prepared continental breakfast which was totally unexpected. A little noisy because it is on a major transport route (all motels in this area would be in same situation). The room itself was perfectly adequate, clean and comfortable.

Nice 2 night stay, for the Elvis Festival in Parkes . Clean and comfy, good air con, it was hot weather but the air con kept us cool in the room. Complimentary brekkie, bread, cereal, milk, spreads, toaster in the room. We did appreciate it. RSL club nearby for good meal, and had delicious pizza at the pub . Its not fancy, but suitable for our stay. A big thankyou to Felix and Stephanie for making us feel very welcome. 😊

I don’t know how they are rated so high we received no office service had to call another motel to be told the key was under the mat the room was old and in desperate need of renovation outside on the road was a pothole that every truck hit during the night making sleep non existent

The property was cute and the owner was lovely. I was a little disappointed in the room. I felt for the price it could have been better. The shower had one sliding door missing which made it very cold in the shower. The main light in the room didn’t work so we had to keep opening the curtains to see properly which was annoying when you were get dressed. The bedroom window didn’t lock so I didn’t feel our property was secure while we were out. Overall it was a pleasant enough stay
