The big problem with my room, an executive room was that there was no hot water. I paid extra and compromised with twin beds for the jetted hottub and ended washing up with barely warm water after waiting for almost one and a half hours for the problem to be fixed, as adviced by the front desk. The issue didn’t get solved and they said they are very sorry and the only thing they can do is downgrade me to a standard room, without any refund or compensation, as the other executive rooms were booked. I read in the comments that this happened before, but I thought half an year should be enough to fix it. Apparently not... and dealing with such a problem after you’ve been on the road for a good 5h is a great inconvenience.
Other than that, the hotel is great for some R&R, away yet close enough to the crowded mountain attractions. I only tried a desert in the restaurant, but it was great...
Too bad for the water issue and the shoulder lifting that came with it, otherwise it would have been a perfect stay.
