The host lady is very nice. The breakfast provided is very good with choices, including Croissant, cake, yogurt, coffee, tea, biscuits and so on. The Breakfast is sweet food in Italy. It is a small B&B. People can chat with the others in there.

Lovely B&B
We arrived at 9:30am at the hotel and even though check in was not until 10am they let us check in. They also provided us some breakfast that we had not paid for. They were very helpful, kind and generous.the breakfast was nice and had a lot of choices. The room we stayed in was lovely. It had a very nice en suite bathroom and a large, comfy bed. The hotel is very near the train tracks but with the window closed you could hardly hear the trains passing. Unfortunately there were no tea making facilities in the bedroom but everything was provided for downstairs. Would highly recommend.

Great little B&B close to the town and the station
We stayed for 3 days as part of our trip to Italy. We needed somewhere close to the station and town so that we could travel to Venice and sightsee in Verona. The B&B was in a great location for both - 10 minutes from each. The host was friendly as were the other guests and staff. She also left helpful things such as a map in our room which told us of all the things to see in Verona. I stayed with a friend, but would definitely recommend to couples too.
The only thing I would suggest as an improvement would be checking in. We had to Google the B&B number to call to say we were outside to get the code to get in. It would be great if they could email this over before you arrive so that you can get in straight away.

Budget close to train
Nice clean room in a older building. 15 minute walk to old town. Very hard beds. On our visit, the owner was not there- you have to call the host when you arrive. A bit disappointing that no one is there to greet you. Did not see owner until next morning at breakfast. Rooms are not soundproof and heard loud people above walking till 1 am. Would not stay again.

Great value!
Would be difficult to check in if you do not have cell phone access. Nice staff, decent breakfast, clean rooms, historical center a little far but walkable for us, very close to train station.

Highly recommended
We stayed only one night. We arrived early and were welcomed by Laura. It was great we could leave our luggage in the house so we could travel Verona during the day. The house was lovely and comfortable. The location is about 8 minutes from train station. Room was clean and spacious. Laura provided a map and gave us some information. Besides, breakfast was good too. We left very early next day to travel to Cinque Terre. Everything was smooth and easy. Overall: very good stay! even at a low cost! Would stay again.

Very Happy
We stayed a total of 4 days, lovely place. although not in the historic center it was well price and about a 15min walk from the main Piazza and a lovely walk at that. conveniently a 5min walk from the train station if you are interested in day trips out of town (lago di garda and Sirmione). The trains tracks nearby are not loud as there are no whistles blowing and just a the faint rumbling of a train passing by at low speed every now and then. We booked 1 night and stayed four because it was a great place and we felt very comfortable there.

Great Location. 10 min walk to centre of Verona. Great neighborhood. Verona is a beautiful city. Parking is available, but B&B is on a tight street, and the driveway is also very tight. Only small-midsize vehicles. Great, welcoming host.

Perfect location near town and train
Wonderful B & B. Comfortable room as it was a little larger than some I've stayed in Europe. We arrived late (7:30pm) and had to find our room on our own. Not really a problem as Laura let us pick the one we wanted. She was very cordial when we met her in the morning. She let us leave our luggage while we toured the town before having to catch our train.

Hotel Roby
The B and B is tired and several aspects need fixing and or replacing. For example the toilet leaked and the power went off on the first evening. The place needs redecorating and tidying up. I wasn't able to get breakfast on the second day as the front door to the breakfast room was locked and no-one was about. Having said that, the breakfast was good and the cleanliness of my room was also good. I booked this as it was close to the station, where I needed to be for an onward journey, but I would book a hotel closer to the centre next time.

easygoing B and B
We found the staff very helpful and the breakfast choice was much better than some other places we have stayed. And they let us leave our luggage there until our flight left, which was great .

A gem in Verona!
We loved our large, cool, room within walking distance of the train station. Our hostess provided a map and pointed out places of interest. A walk through the old Roman Gates to the forum and old town was very enjoyable. Coffee and tea in the foyer were appreciated as was the breakfast with fresh breads, eggs, cheese, and meat...under a pavilion in the garden.
