I would stay again.
Overall the room was clean. Staff friendly. Breakfast was average to good. Could tell the staff care about the business. The hot tub was out of commission our second night.. that was the number one reason we picked that hotel. So that was a bit to be desired. Also the beds REALLY need to be updated.

Hidden gym in a great location
This lodge was wonderful for the price. Having an attached convenience store was great. They also gave us free money for the casino next door. The beds were comfy and I would stay here again in the future!

The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The hotel is older but the rooms were updated and clean. Easy access to waterfalls and hiking trails. Breakfast was adequate but could have used a larger variety of cereals. Overall stay was good and would stay here again.

Not the best stay
The room smelled like sour milk the entire stay. I should have asked for another room, but I was exhausted and hoped the smell would go away. The windows did not open so the AC did not get rid of the smell. There was a brown pillow sticking out fro each of the two beds which made me wonder why the cleaning people didn’t see them. I reported everything upon checkout. Also when signing in they are not responsible for theft from room. I understand that but there was only the door handle lock on the door, no security lock so I jammed the wooden door stop into the door bottom.

Great location and affordability.
White pines is a great value in a great location. Convenient location close to a casino and right across the road from a fantastic restaurant. Young man at front desk took an interest in us and was pleasant through our many questions. Will be returning if in the area.
