The AC in our room leaked so much it created a hazard and I slipped while holding my infant. When i informed the staff, I was lectured about not having the AC on if we were coming in and out of the room because the door opening caused leaking. They wouldn’t give me a new room with no leaking, just a towel for the floor, and had us there for an hour while they repaired the leak. The room smelled like mildew/moisture for the entire stay.

The hotel was fine, but they don’t have mini fridges in the rooms or any amenities. They need to also do a better job cleaning the rooms, it was pretty dirty.

Great people, great location, many options for dining, the hotel is outdated but they are trying their best to keep it well maintained, the only downside I found is by the beach, there was red flags, and I believe this goes all year round due to the seashore being uneven

When we arrived i ask the lady at the front desk that i book a room with a Oceanview, she ask me if i book it on line, i said yes, she told me that internet reservation are subject to disponability, and it was nothing available, i show the pictures of my booking unsuccessful, i got stock in that room, real bad smell, plus the cable was out the all time, I request no smoking room and the blankets had some cigarettes burned holes, the next day we went out and came back around 5pm to find out that our room was not service, we call to get some clean towels at least, they told me that the priority are the empty rooms ,??? I WILL NEVER GOBACK TO THIS PLACE!!!

We stayed at Morel Marbella for 1 night on route to the airport. Our room was in the older section was clean but mold and rust in the bathrooms. For the price we paid not complaining. We loved the pool and restaurant food was fgood for breakfast and dinner and it was si nice to be on the beach for the sunset. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. We would definitely stay again.

Positive : Clean, cleaning ladies super nice, nice sea view, hearing the waves from our room, nice pool but busy (December), walkable to restaurants. Negative : No fridge in the rooms, shared balcony motel style, doors are not insulated and you can hear everything from the outside, restaurant so so and expensive, sand flies, the beach is too dangerous to swim and full of oil.

Dissapointed at Marbella Hotel.
This is not the first time I stay at Marbella Hotel. I noticed the last trip that the room needed attention in cleanliness, now it is a little bit worst. The rooms need painting (dirty walls), and the curtains needed to be replaced for clean ones, basically all the things in the room needed some refreshing. The lamps are rusty, overall the service is good, but the rest needs attention. Marbella has potential, hopefully they improve in those areas I mentioned.
