Not worth it

Breakfast not good not horrible just in between, parking very small and little,on the clean perspective I stayed for 4 nights and never received any type of cleaning service on the room neither clean towels or anything plus the hallway carpets are stained all over and the worst part of all was on my check in I got charged twice the stay cause there was a new guy on training and didn't know what he was doing 🙄

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly bit, I booked this hotel because it said it had a pool, it did not. Also it really isn't a hot breakfast they serve just some muffins and bagels. On the plus side they did have filtered water and lemonade for guests.

Great location for Hersheypark guests!

We would return here and overall things were good; would give 3.5 stars if I could instead of 3. But there were too many things off on this visit for me to give it a full 4 stars. Here were the areas that needed improvement: the coffee all three days was about half strength, not anywhere close to good/normal. The OJ one morning was also more like water than juice. We requested a couple of extra pillows and they smelled like poop so we couldn't use them and had to put them outside our door. And the tissue box was empty (only had just the one tissue sticking up out of the box) without any extra on hand. I very much wished the room had a safe, too. Something seemed wrong with the AC on the lobby floor hallway or like there had been a leak or something because it was warmer than upstairs and there was a fan on in the hall. That said, they did a good job of keeping the grab n go breakfast well stocked most of the time which was any small feat with the large amount of guests in the 8:30-9:15 timing (due to most guests going to Hersheypark for a 10 AM opening, is suspect). The woman who did the late tonight shift was always very helpful and ki, including allowing us to do late checkout when I pointed out that this website told me on my booking that checkout was noon (but it’s actually 11). And the location couldn't be beat, at around 5 minutes from Hersheypark! We will likely be back.

Long weekend

Hotel was clean and well kept. This particular hotel is pet friendly, which is awesome, but maybe limit and advertise certain rooms as pet friendly and maybe no carpet in those rooms?? I appreciate the attempt and effort to scrub the carpets but they were damp my entire stay. And that seemed to lead to the whole room being damp. My clothes were all damp and remained that way until we checked out. The room also had the lovely scent of wet dog since they were still wet. So with that, maybe not scrub the carpet if someone is about to be checking in to allow for them to dry properly. Did I complain? No. Was it too much of a nuisance? No. I love animals so I get it. Morning food was grab and go as it is a very small area but it was just fine. Friendly staff, would stay again.

I stayed here for 2 nights and unfortunately would not return. When we first arrived, the room they gave us smelled terrible and the bathroom was dirty. We were moved to another room, but it had a strong wet carpet smell that never went away. During our entire stay, housekeeping never came in to clean the room or provide fresh towels. Breakfast was also disappointing—the milk was watered down, the coffee was weak and watery, and overall the quality was very poor. The only positive was the staff trying to switch our room, but the overall experience was not worth the stay. Definitely not coming back

Just ok

Beds were comfortable. Room and all hallways had a bad odor. Sometimes it smelled like mold, other times way too much air freshener. So much it burned the nose. Breakfast buffet was depleted everyday by 8:30am although open until 10am. We had to ask each day for more coffee, bananas, etc. Staff did not seem to be on top of it. We only slept there while visiting Hershey park a few days. It served its purpose for a few nights.

Family hersey trip

Came with my two kids to visit Hershey Park. Very close and easy to get to the park, 7/8 minutes away. Room wasn't too bad but you could tell pets were in the hotel based on smells/condition of the bathroom and elevator

Great Hershey Park stay for the price

Great location to Hershey park, about an 8 minute drive. The lobby is nice especially for the price. Free lemonade, coffee, and cookies available throughout the day and the breakfast is good for the price. No hot breakfast items but the bagels were good. The double room with sofa is spacious. Plenty of room for a pack n play. My only complaint is the shower floor was a little off color and there’s some mystery splats on the wall but again, for the price this is a great stay. The front desk staff was wonderful, friendly, and accommodating :) I forgot his name but it started with an A, super nice guy!
