We recently booked three rooms at this property and, while the location is excellent, we encountered several significant issues during our stay.
Firstly, the property is located on the 4th floor of a building with no visible signage outside, making it quite difficult to locate.
Secondly, the elevator, which only begins on the second floor, was out of service for the majority of our stay. This was particularly problematic as we were traveling with elderly parents, who struggled to navigate the stairs multiple times each day. The elevator was functional for only a few hours daily and was consistently broken in the evenings, which severely impacted our ability to move freely. On the morning of our departure at 5:30 am, we had to carry six large suitcases down four flights of stairs due to the elevator being out of order.
Additionally, while the property does offer WiFi, it was virtually unusable, with speeds barely reaching 2mbps and often not working at all.
We also experienced multiple outages of hot water throughout our stay.
Though the concierge was responsive and attentive, there was little they could do as they were only available for limited hours each day. The property was unstaffed in the evenings and until 10 am each day of our visit.
Given the consistent elevator malfunction and the hardship it caused our elderly parents, we find this situation unacceptable. In our view, a refund is warranted, as no guest should have to endure such challenges. Unfortunately, ba
